All records related to the appointment of Ferzan Ahmed to the Delaware County Transit Board, including any applications, emails, meeting minutes, communications, and related documents. This may include, but is not limited to:
-- All emails and correspondence between Ferzan Ahmed and Delaware County Commissioners Gary Merrell, Barb Lewis, or Jeff Benton, or the commissioners' office
-- Ferzan Ahmed's application for appointment to the Delaware County Transit Board and any other materials submitted by the applicant
-- All documents used by the Delaware County Commissioners to evaluate Ferzan Ahmed's board appointment, including resumes, letters of recommendation, references, and other materials
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
