Pursuant to the Delaware Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all documents pertaining to the consideration and/or adoption of the “Advanced Clean Cars II” or “Advanced Clean Cars” regulation – sometimes also known as “ACC II” or “ACC II Regulation” or “ACC II rule” or “ACC” or “zero emission car” or “zero emission passenger vehicle rule” or “ZEV sales requirement” or “zero emission car sales” or “Zero Emission Vehicle program" and "ZEV mandate" — as it relates to correspondence pertaining to the following entities falling between 1/1/2020 to the date of fulfillment of this request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
