We have received your email of today's date requesting public records.
Our procedure is to act as quickly as is reasonably feasible to locate records, determine whether the Sheriff is the proper records custodian, conclude whether the records are responsive to the request, review them for exemptions, obtain approval for release and if those criteria are met, then we prepare them for production, inspection and/or copying.
You will be notified as to the availability of the records for inspection or copying as soon as practicable. If you have not received such a notice from us within 14 days following the date of this email message, please contact us.
