Dear John Thomas,

Thank you for the response. Given that there are trial records which confirm telephone correspondence between Concord Police Detective Julie Curtin and St Paul’s School, I am surprised that no documents have been found.
Chessy Prout told Womens Media Center in an interview that Detective Julie Curtin told her about Laura L Dunn while Chessy Prout was at Concord hospital waiting for a rape kit. This happened before Owen Labrie was phoned by Concord Police and St Pauls School Dean of Students, Green (I believe his name was) was told by Concord Police not to contact Owen Labrie or alert him he was being investigated. I believe there will be records of Julie Curtin’s or Office D’Angelis about this. Similarly, on July 16, 2014 there was a coordinated press announcement about Labrie’s arrest warrant and I understand that St Paul’s School was contacted and in coordination so I believe there will be correspondence concerning that. Additionally, there is likely to be correspondence between Amanda Grady Sexton of City of Concord Council and Concord Police and Merrimack County DA regarding press announcements since she herself states in her bio that she works with police and prosecutors to shape the message. She also attended the trial to keep tabs on the media per the Concord Monitor. Additionally, there was a group of protesters outside the courthouse on the day that Labrie testified and I believe there is correspondence regarding that from August 2015. I believe there will be communications between Concord Police and NHCADSV or Amanda Grady Sexton regarding the arrest warrant announcement in July 2014, the timing of that announcement, editing of the announcement. I also believe there will be correspondence from August 2015 with St Paul’s School or it’s legal counsel, Michael Delaney, regarding the statement made by St Paul’s on the day of the verdict. I also believe there is correspondence between City of Concord Police (Julie Curtin or Timothy O’Malley) and James F McLaughlin pertaining to training for sexual assault from April 2014 and a conference at which James F McLaughlin spoke on computer sex crimes. Additionally I believe there will be correspondence between Julie Curtin and either Amanda Grady Sexton or Susan Zalkind in February/March 2016 when Susan Zalkind “ran into” Owen Labrie on a Boston subway and tweeted about it. It would appear from Susan Zalkind’s coverage of the trial and the civil suits that she was working for the interests of the police and specifically Julie Curtin who she mentioned in an interview. I believe there will be correspondence between Julie Curtin and Catherine Ruffle from April/May 2016 regarding response to the Brady violation regarding Andrew Thomson. I believe there will be correspondence in May/June 2016 regarding the Prout civil suit filed by Steve Kelly, Chuck Douglas, Steve Silverman and I believe there will be correspondence to or from Laura Dunn to Concord PS Julie Curtin or Timothy O’Malley between April 2014 and July 2014 and again in feb/March 2015. I believe there will be correspondence between Julie Curtin and the AG’s office as well regarding access to files without a warrant at St Paul’s school. There is more but this should help direct you. Kind regards, Claire
