Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

I am seeking documents concerning The Arnold Classic Sports Festival and Human Trafficking (i.e. documents that reference this crime occurring at the festival, or being thought to occur at the festival), between the dates of January 1st, 2017 and July 3rd, 2018. This should include but not be limited to reports, memorandum, records, warnings, emails, papers, indictments, evidence, depositions, interviews, case notes, schedules, enforcement actions,and incident reports.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Per the Sgt. in charge of our human trafficking task force, this is his response.

There are no Human Trafficking "reports" that I am aware of. Soliciting for prostitution arrests could be requested from the Clerk's Office with specific dates that the Arnold occurred in the years mentioned in the request.
