Good morning! I am following up on a previous request regarding Use of Force records within the Division of Police.
Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
Use of Force Reports filed by officers between Jan 1, 2018 and Dec 31, 2022. A databook, csv or similar listing all details filed in each report during the time range would be responsive to this request or, if that record is not maintained by the division, copies of the reports as filed.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days. If you have any questions about my request, please contact me.
