Mr. Sinyangwe,
The Columbus Police Department does not have a civilian oversight committee, but rather an Internal Affairs Bureau, which investigates complaints against all Columbus Police Officers. Attached is the Bureau's Standard Operating Procedure.

An acknowledgement letter, stating the request is being processed.

This request has been answered and filled. Reading in the below e-mail chain, I answered that the Columbus Police Department does not have a civilian oversight committee, but that all complaints are handled by the Internal Affairs Bureau. I also included their Standard Operating Procedure Manual. Is there something else you want added to this request?
