Dear Gary,

Our agency received your faxed request (copy attached) for records "including or referencing Occupy Wall Street or Occupy" on 08/04/2019, and your additional fax on 08/07/2019. We are unable to provide any reports due to the broad scope of your request. Our reports are indexed by dates, names, or incident types. We are unable to perform a search for phrases as provided in your request. If you are seeking reports regarding a specific incident, please submit an official request through our website at https://www.colorado.edu/police/content/records-release-request. Additionally the State of Colorado requires acknowledgement of a specific statement under Colorado Revised Statute 24-72-305.5. Requesting information through our website will meet this requirement.

Please be aware the University of Colorado Police Department's records are maintained separately from any records or reports held by the University of Colorado. If you wish to make a request of University records, I encourage to seek additional information for that process at https://www.cu.edu/ope/aps/2022.

If you have additional questions regarding the Police Department's process, my contact information is listed below.
