DGA correspondence with Democratic Governors - June to October 2016 (Office of the Governor of Colorado)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

- Any and all correspondence to or from employees of the Office of the Governor from email addresses with the domain name "@dga.net"

- Any and all correspondence to or from employees of the Office of the Governor that reference the term "Democratic Governors Association" or "DGA."

I hereby request such documents from the dates 6/1/16 to the present. This request includes - but is not limited to -- any and all email, invitations, schedules, agendas and/or calendar items.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

I received the responsive documents, but there is a problem -- the responses did not include the email attachments in the 69-page PDF of email correspondence that you sent. Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request all of the email attachments that were referenced in the 69-page PDF that you sent me.

Below this message, I am itemizing the attachments with references to what page they are identified on the 69-page PDF you sent me. I request these and any other attachments in the emails that were responsive to my original CORA request sent on 10/6.
