Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all contracts (as well as all associated amendments, exhibits, and materials), memorandums of understanding, and other equivalent agreements entered into by any of the following agencies/departments: Colorado Department of Transportation, Colorado Transportation Investment Office , and/or Colorado High Performance Transportation Enterprise with Blissway.

Any and all feedback (As mentioned on page 3/10 of the agreement section or page 9/19 of the attached document "5-board-memo-blissway-map-memo-agreement-resoultion.pdf", section 7: Feedback ) provided to Blissway from the aforementioned agencies.

Any and all results/reports related to system performance validation and comparative analysis against the existing express toll lane system to prove vehicle capture and trip formation. To include but not be limited to the following systems: Vehicle detection, Vehicle identification, Trip building, Rate assignment, System availability, Identification of improper vehicles, Real-time traffic data, and Sending fully formed transactions to CSC.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
