Pursuant to Wisconsin's Open Records act, I hereby request the following records:
All warrants requested at any time, but especially during 2013 through 2015 (whether approved or denied or requested to be amended or any other status). All records of any kind that are about, or include, or are relevant to any case on Elizabeth Gibbons or Elizabeth Ann Gibbons or Elizabeth A Gibbons (formerly) of: 1707 S. Peabody St. Appleton, WI 54915. Additionally, any records of the show of force policies, procedures, or events of that manner to, on, or about the same person. Any records or information that was provided to the same person's employers and prospective employers.
note: FBI Director James Comey on Wednesday, March 8th, 2017 explained, "...we all value privacy I hope, we all value security, we should never have to sacrifice one for the other...all of us have a reasonable expectation of privacy in our homes, in our cars, in our devices. It is a vital part of being an American. The government cannot invade our privacy without good reason reviewable in court. That's the heart of America. But it also means that with good reason reviewable in court, the government through law enforcement, can invade our private spaces. That's the bargain of ordered liberty. The most common example is: if law enforcement has probable cause to believe there is evidence of a crime in some space that you control...law enforcement goes to a judge, makes a showing of probable cause and gets a warrant. And then, law enforcement can search wherever the judge told them they could search and could seize whatever the judge told them that they could seize. They could take whatever the judge permitted them to take. Even our memories are not absolutely private in America. Any of us can be compelled, in appropriate circumstances, to say what we remember, what we saw. Even our communications with our spouses, with our clergymembers, with our attorneys are not absolutely private in America. In appropriate circumstances a judge can compel any one of us to testify in court about those very private communications. And, there are really really important constraints on law enforcement, as there should be...There is no place in America outside Judicial reach."
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This intentional response did NOT even address what was specifically requested, which I have a legal right to. I specifically requested to receive information about any and all warrants for surveillance. This response was submitted in this form to purposefully attempt to discredit me, misdirect any interested parties, and ignore my requests. I am AGAIN requesting a specific response as required by law, to receive any and all records of requested warrants to electronically surveill Elizabeth Ann Gibbons during the period of time: January 2013 to February 2015.
