Pursuant to the Wyoming Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All current policies maintained by the department regarding use of force.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

I am writing to let you that that the Cheyenne Police Department has received your request for the department's use-of-force policy. Chief Francisco has approved the release of that policy. Approval from the City Attorney's Office is pending. Once that approval has been obtained, the use-of-force policy will be provided to MuckRock News. With that said, is this e-mail address, requests@muckrock.com<mailto:requests@muckrock.com>, an appropriate address to send a digital document of the policy, should approval be granted by the City Attorney's Office, or is there a different address which is preferred?
