Pursuant to the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all correspondence, including emails with their corresponding attachments, in possession of Billy Cassidy and David Huntley that contain any of the following search terms: "@dom.com," "Dominion", "Mcguire Woods", "@mwcllc.com", "@eandvgroup.com", "Wyche", and "Atlantic Coast Pipeline". The Atlantic Coast Pipeline is sometimes referred to as simply "ACP".

Please constrain the search between January 1st 2014 and processing date of this request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

should take is approximately 2 (eight hour) days to search and compile any
results of your request at the rate of $125.00 per hour. Attached is our
FOIA request form. Upon receipt of the completed form along with a check
made payable to the Town of Chesterfield in the amount of $2,000.00 we will
begin to compile the information you have requested.

I was under the impression after David's and your conversation that you were
going to narrow the search parameters which may reduce the cost because of

This is a follow up to a previous request:

Yes but since your IT consultant is driving the cost, I'd like to discuss
with them since there are many potential options. Otherwise we'll be going
back and forth for quite some time.

For instance, what if we reduce the timeframe from 2014 to date to 2016 to
date.

Additionally I'm interested the cost difference if we only search for,
"@dom.com," "ACP," and "Atlantic Coast Pipeline."

time.

25% would be made prior to the town searching for the records and the
balance at completion.

I was under the impression after David's and your conversation that you were
going to narrow the search parameters which may reduce the cost because of
less time needed by the IT person.

The Atlantic Coast Pipeline is sometimes referred to as simply "ACP".

Please constrain the search between January 1st 2014 and processing date of
this request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and
this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me
of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the
request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM
if not.
