Past 12 months of financial statements containing all withdrawals/contributions to the firefighter and police officers pension fund
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

I wanted to follow up on the following Rhode Island Access to Public Records Act request, copied below, and originally submitted on Sept. 24, 2018. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response.

The City of Central Falls received your request for copies of certain public
records on October 9, 2018: "[p]ast 12 months financial statements
containing all withdrawals/contributions to the firefighter and police
officers pension fund." Please note that your email purports to have been
sent on September 24, 2018, but I have no record of this request, nor was
it done on our APRA portal <http://www.centralfallsri.us/apra> on our
website. We received your request yesterday. Please find attached the
responsive records. The decision of this Department can be appealed pursuant
to R.I. Gen. Laws ยง 38-2-8 by appealing this decision to the Mayor of the
City of Central Falls, James A. Diossa, City of Central Falls, 580 Broad
Street, Central Falls, RI 02863.
