Pursuant to the Wyoming Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All applications for royalty rate reductions received by this BLM state office since March 1, 2020 pursuant to the agency's COVID-19 Guidance for Royalty Rate Reduction. This request also seeks records of the state office's approval or denial of any and all applications for royalty rate reductions it has received since March 1, 2020 pursuant to the aforementioned guidance.

I am a reporter for The Guardian and seek expedited processing.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
