I spoke with our Human Resources Department regarding your request. We use a standard contract used by all counties when we sign an employee. Ms. Zepp’s contract more than likely was signed when she became a teacher for Carroll County Public Schools. I can certainly provide a copy of the contract, however, her job description may actually provide you with more information regarding her current position as a middle school principal.
