Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all notecards currently in use or previously disseminated during 2021 by the Carlton County Sheriff regarding 'trespass / protest activity' having to do with the Line 3 pipeline. Please understand this request to specifically include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:
- "notecards that you may use and disseminate throughout your agencies to help deal with any trespass / protest activity" as referred to in an email sent by Assistant Carlton County Attorney Alexander W. Saumer on February 12, 2021 at 3:58:14 PM CST to members of the Carlton County Sheriff.
-the email attachment file 'Notecard template 2.12.21.docx' that was attached to that same 02/12/21 email sent by Saumer.
-Any notecards since created for this use including any such cards mentioned to be "possibly put together booklets ala USA2009 run" as described in the email sent from Dan Danielson to Tory Cawcutt on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 08:47 CST.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
