To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act I am requesting copies of the following records:

-All pursuit, crash, injury, and fatality statistics the CHP maintains on the Whittier Police Department. If these are available online somewhere, pointing that url out to me would be sufficient. All I can find online is references to CHP maintaining such statistic, but not the the actual data.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter in the time frame set out in the CPRA. This request is being made in the public interest. The information is not being requested for any commercial purpose and will be made freely available to journalists.
