Pursuant to the Vermont public records law (1 V.S.A. §§ 315-320), I hereby request the following records:
All investigation records (including, but not limited to, a “case file” or a “cold case file”) related to the 1985 disappearance of Craig Eugene Alexander:
Please digitize any investigation records that have not already been digitized. According to a Records Administrator with Vermont State Police, the Burlington PD is the lead agency in charge of the case. This case has a case number of: 99BU11936
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
