The City of Bremerton Police Department has reviewed its files and has located responsive records to your request.  These records have been included in this correspondence as well as an exemption log for any records that have been redacted or withheld. I was unable to locate anything under Terra Simmons, but after some research I found a few alias's for that name, Tarra Denton, Tarra Lewis and Tarra Lawson. The records were located under the name Tarra Denton with a date of birth of 11/19/1977. I have included all reports we had on her for the time frame you requested. If you are looking for additional reports for her and her family you might consider requesting reports from the Kitsap County Sheriff's office.
