Please provide a complete list of all police department employees for the years 2002-2022, including employee name, department, job title, hire date, base salary and/or hourly wage as applicable, bonus compensation (where applicable), overtime wages (where applicable), and total compensation.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for your inquiry. Can you please confirm you are requesting records beginning in 2002? Many of our Human Resources and payroll records have a six year retention (depending on employee status) and we will of course provide any and all records in our possession that are responsive, but I just wanted to double-check on the dates.

For your information, pursuant to RCW 42.56.080(1), a public records request must be for identifiable records. Unfortunately, we do not have a record containing the information you requested in the manner you identified. However, in the interest of customer service and transparency, I believe we have gathered the data you are looking for. We were able to provide payroll history for the employees and dates requested, and separately provide job titles and hire dates from Human Resource's files.
