All current "Brady lists" and "Giglio lists" (per Brady v. Maryland/Giglio v. United States) maintained by your office.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

We received your request on June 22, 2023, and it was assigned tracking number 23-501. Please use this tracking number on all correspondence regarding this request. This letter serves to acknowledge your request pursuant to RCW 42.56.520.
We are reviewing your request and have determined that additional time is needed for the search of potentially responsive documents and legal review of exemptions under the law. In addition, pursuant to RCW 42.56.540, we have notified by letter any individuals whose information may arguably be exempt from the records you have requested and that they have until July 11, 2023, if they choose to obtain a court order prohibiting disclosure.
If we do not receive an order from the court prohibiting release of the requested records, we estimate the non-exempt documents you requested will be released to you by July 31, 2023.
