All current "Brady lists" and "Giglio lists" (per Brady v. Maryland/Giglio v. United States) maintained by your office.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

We are reviewing your request and have determined that additional time is needed for the search of potentially responsive documents and legal review of exemptions under the law. Based on these reasons, we estimate your request will be fulfilled in its entirety on or about March 21, 2024. Should this estimate need to be revised, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We will notify you when the non-exempt documents are ready for release along with the associated copying and mailing fees. Thank you in advance for your patience concerning this matter.
