In order of preference, I would prefer that this data be provided as: plain text with comma-separated-values (i.e., a "CSV" file), OpenDocument spreadsheet, Excel spreadsheet, or the native electronic format of the software from which this information is retrieved in fulfillment of my request. I specifically request that you not create a new record for me by rendering to PDF or by printing your electronic record then scanning it to make a series of images of the printed data.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Rose Terse:
I am writing in response to your recent PRA request for records related to public employees at the City of Bellingham. We have assembled the records that you requested. However, the City is required to provide third-party notice each employee whose information you have requested under RCW 42.56.250(12). We also must provide the employee a reasonable amount of time to seek a court order enjoining the release of the records if they so choose.
The City has provided the required notice and given the affected employee(s) 10 business days to obtain an order from the Whatcom County Superior Court enjoining the release of the records. If the employee fails to provide a court order during that time, then the non-exempt records will be released to you on February 20, 2023.

We had previously notified you that we needed additional time to notify employees covered by this request of the placement of the request and the material to be released. Unfortunately, due to staffing issues, we need additional time to complete the process of notification. At this time we anticipate having responses completed in time to release the requested materials, should no injunction be filed, on or before the February 27, 2023.
