In response to your record request:

As of September 2013, the Bellbrook Police Department is dispatched by Xenia Greene County Communications. All telephone recordings are retained by that agency.
The retention for any 9-1-1 calls when Bellbrook Police Department still had their own dispatch center was 30 days. Therefore we have no 9-1-1 calls that pertain to your request.
