Hello,
My name is Imani McFarley and I am filling in for Ms. Vazquez while she is on military leave. I have followed the email chain on this, and have spoken with Traffic Records. Traffic Records usually sends out the invoice and receives payment. However, I was notified by Traffic Records that Chanita occasionally sends out the invoice to you (Muck Rock), and receives payment directly from you. For this occasion, did you send your check directly to Chanita? Or correspond with Traffic Records? What was the check number so that I can attempt to locate your check? I am sorry for the delay, but appreciate your patience in the matter.
Sincerely,
Imani McFarley
