Dear Mr. Sinyangwe,

We are almost finished processing your records request. We only pulled the IA files where Blane Salamoni was the investigated officer. I noticed that your request was for "Internal Affairs files and documents mentioning, regarding or involving Officer Blane Salamoni." To pull any files that "mention" Salamoni would be difficult as we would need to review every file to determine if he was a witness in another officer's file. Also the request is vague and could be overbroad because it could encompass any document with BRPD related to Blane Salamoni, such as payroll. I assume that was not what you were looking for and only want the IA files where policy violations were alleged against Salamoni. Please let me know if this is incorrect. We will be sending you records for invoicing shortly, and you should receive an invoice in the mail.

Thanks,
