I am submitting a request under the Kansas Open Records Act for access to documents maintained by your institution.
In particular, we are submitting a commercial FOIA request to Barton County Community College for an existing, already maintained electronic record (without copying, scanning, or printing) of purchase orders dated 2015-06-15 onward. The information requested is:
1. Purchase order number or equivalent
2. Purchase date
3. Line item details
4. Line item quantity
5. Line item price
6. Vendor ID number, name, address, contact person, and email address.
Importantly, a similar request was recently made by SmartProcure and you might already have files referencing this information. If it's easier, please feel free to share the same information with us that you did with them. Please email the information to justin@starbridge.ai. If this request is misrouted, please forward to the correct contact person and reply to this communication with the name and information of the recipient.

We do not have a report that will provide the information in the format you have requested. We would be required to pull requisitions and scan them into our system to complete this (one by one). The attached is what I can provide.
