To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting the list of all active employees of the Baltimore City Police Department, as of May 21, 2022 or more recent. These records are kept in Workday and should contain the following fields:

- Sequence number
- First name
- Middle name
- Last name
- Suffix
- Supervisory organization
- Cost Center
- Location
- Job Profile
- Time in Job Profile
- Business Title
- Union membership
- Position
- Total base pay or Hourly rate
- Race/Ethnic group
- Sex/gender
- Age or year of birth
- Continuous service date
- Hire date
- Original Hire date
- Supervisor

To be clear, I do not want the payroll data that is on Open Baltimore (data.baltimorecity.gov), as that data does not contain all the fields I am requesting and is only updated once per year.

For examples of the document I am requesting, you can see my previous MPIA requests to BPD:

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
