Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
The log of all calls for service related to the Aurora Detention Facility from January 2000 through the date this request is processed. If processing involves both electronic and paper documents, a rolling response, beginning with the most recent digitally-available materials, would be appreciated. If other responsive materials may be located at other departments, identification of those entities would be greatly appreciated.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for your request for clarification! The "log of calls for service" I am requesting would primarily include instances in which officers have been requested or have been dispatched to the facility. If there is a separate logs of "calls for service" related to other emergency requests (e.g. plumbing, electrical, fire, ambulatory), I would be happy to receive those or put in a separate request for them.
