Pursuant to the Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
For the dates between 10/23/2023 through 10/27/2023:
Any and all records related to calls for service, police reports, CAD Calls, and contact history at the E-470 ExpressToll Customer Service Center located at 22470 E Stephen D. Hogan Pkwy, Aurora, CO 80018.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Please also note that what you're requesting, reference the calls for service/police reports/CAD Calls/Contact History do fall under CCJRA statute rather than CORA, as those records are made, maintained, and kept by a Police Agency, so the 3 day turn around is not correct. We will be in contact with you (after we received your first/last legal name for the acknowledgement of the non-pecuniary gain statement), when we're able to begin processing your request.
