Complete written decisions and records of parole, parole revocations, parole violations, sentences given for parole violations, and dates for upcoming parole board hearings scheduled in accordance with any sentence the inmate has served for parole violations for inmate Ryan Gagliardi, ADC # 166819, PID# 0222375, including statements, reasonings, evidence decision was based upon, records, narrative explanation, and all other public records relating to the Parole Board's decision and when new hearing is to be scheduled after parole violation sentence has been served.
