According to documents released by the State of Tennessee, the Anderson County Sheriff received $210,086 in funding awarded in 2022 from the Violent Crime Intervention Fund: https://www.tn.gov/content/dam/tn/finance/ocjp/VCIF%20Funding%20Plan.pdf
Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all documents, including but not limited to, applications, agreements, and reporting documents related to the $210,086 received as part of the 2022 Violent Crime Intervention Fund.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

There are a few items that are found helpful in the facilitation of your request. Please pay close attention to No. 2 and 4. Proof of TN residency must be provided for the requestor. Please make certain you complete No. 4 in full (i.e. specify if you are waiving inspection). Additionally, if you wish to place a monetary limit less than specified on page 7, VI, G of the Policy ($100), please let me know. If you prefer your request response be submitted in a specific form (i.e. electronic, paper, etc.), if applicable, please specify on No. 3 or within this email. Lastly please include all contact information and include the desired form of communication on number 3.
