Pursuant to the Iowa Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
All contracts, licenses, MOUs, MOAs, data agreements, letters of intent, and other agreement documents with IDEMIA or IDEMIA North America.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

DOT acknowledges receipt of your open records request on November 21, 2023. In it you requested all contracts, licenses, MOUs, MOAs, data agreements, letters of intent, and other agreement documents with IDEMIA or IDEMIA North America. Before we move forward with your request, we want to make you aware of the cost of providing records and give you an opportunity to narrow your search. This is a broad request with no timeframes listed.
Per DOT Policy, the department will provide up to three hours of staff review time and ten pages in hard copy free of charge. Additional staff time and document costs will be charged at a rate of $33/hour and ten cents per copy page. Payment must be received by the DOT prior to releasing any records.
Please be aware that access to DOT records is determined by federal and state laws and Iowa administrative rules 761 IAC Chapter 4.
Please provide me with the timeframe you are requesting us to search and let me know if you would like to narrow the contents of your search. We will wait to hear from you before proceeding. We will then provide you with an estimate of the cost to fulfill your request.
