Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:

1)All external correspondence, including email, phone, fax, or video (i.e., Google Meet/Hangouts, Zoom, etc.) between the Pittsburgh Pirates and Allegheny County regarding air quality.
2) All external correspondence, including email, phone, fax, or video, between Major League Baseball (MLB) and Allegheny County regarding air quality.
3) All external correspondence, including email, phone, fax, or video, between the Major League Baseball Player's Association (MLBPA) and Allegheny County regarding air quality.
4) All internal correspondence (including email, phone, fax, or video) regarding the Pittsburgh Pirates, MLB, and MLBPA.

Between the dates 06/26/2023 and the date this request is received.

If you determine that any information qualifies for an exemption from disclosure, I ask you to note whether the exemption is discretionary and, if so, whether it is necessary in this case to exercise your discretion to withhold the information.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge and processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
