How are you? I consulted the City attorney regarding the information you're requesting from the City of Aberdeen Police Department. I was advised that I need a Public Records Request Form completed and emailed to me requesting the information. There was a concern with the clause at the end of your email stating:
PLEASE NOTE: This request is not filed by a MuckRock staff member, but is being sent through MuckRock by the above in order to better track, share, and manage public records requests.
Blake, are you affiliated with MuckRock? If not, should the information be sent to them? Please go the city website: cityofaberdeenms.com and print the Public Records Request Form and email to me. There will be a charge of 50 cents per page of the requested information. Once I receive the form from you, I will email you an invoice for payment, and once payment has been received, I will mail or email you the information.
