How do I obtain records from my US Senator’s Office since they don’t have to abide by FOIA regulations?

You could ask nicely and hope they are feeling nice, I guess.

Unfortunately, that’s pretty much all you can do. You can also file a request with agencies that might have communicated with a given senator. Almost every agency has a Congressional Correspondence office, and if you said you wanted communications between Sen. Toomey’s office and that agency, they could probably provide it.
