What must i do to renew my subscription to make 20 more FOIL requests this month?

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel! You should get a note on the renewal when it occurs, but if you have problems or questions please reach out via email at info@muckrock.com.

I was charged twice for a one month subscription and have written info@muckrock twice 2 days in a row about it. Also nothing happens when I hit submit. I’ve used palemoon and Internet explorer as a browser.
