Does anyone have any idea where to go next with this? The police ran over a naked man in the street, but there are no details beyond that publicly available. They are saying that accident reports are not public record, but is there some sort of exception when it involves a government vehicle?

Hello! It might be worth filing for this same request again - they might attempt the same argument that it’s part of an ongoing investigation, which you can repeatedly appeal as time goes on and that stretches credulity. Best, J.Pat
