Yes, if you have a Professional Account you can embargo your request and keep it private until you’d like to make them public. If you decide you’d never like it be made public, we can delete the request permanently after you’ve downloaded the documents. You can upgrade your account here.

I certainly would like the following, “If you decide you’d never like it be made public, we can delete the request permanently after you’ve downloaded the documents”.
Is the above upgrade the professional one or the organization one?

Organizational accounts let you set something to permanent embargo, so it stays organized on the site forever but only you can see it (and anyone you specifically invite), but if you’re just an individual, you can use the Professional account embargo and we can delete it for you at any point.
