My local agency is pushing for my name and signature for them to process a FOIA (CORA) request. Is this required?

It depends on jurisdiction! In Colorado, I don’t see anything stating that they can require a name, so would imagine that they would still have to follow the law, but I haven’t seen any definitive case law about it either way (Washington state and California, for example, make it clear anonymous requests are OK).
