How to access NY State DEC's response?

I’ve received a response from NYS DEC, but I can’t access it on their FOIL Request Service website. I’ve created a login for me but there’s nothing there.
My guess is that their response is linked to whatever email MuckRock used to file in the request for me. Any idea on how to access the response?
