Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

For each of the following facilities present in the New York State: active permitted Transfer Station; active permitted Construction & Demolition (C&D) Debris Processing Facility; active registered Construction & Demolition (C&D) Debris Processing Facility; active permitted Recyclables Handling and Recovery Facility (RHRF); and active registered Recyclables Handling and Recovery Facility (RHRF), I request the following information:

– The maximum permitted throughput of putrescible solid waste (PSD) in tons per day, construction and demolition debris (C&D) in tons per day, and commingled recyclables (CR) in tons per day and equivalent cubic yards per day;
- The maximum permitted storage capacity of putrescible solid waste (PSD) in cubic yards per day, construction and demolition debris (C&D) in cubic yards per day, and commingled recyclables (CR) in cubic yards per day.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Does this mean that the NYS DEC does not regulate the permitted capacity for these facilities? Or does it mean that this information is not available?

In addition, there are 18 facilities listed in the dataset that have their permitted capacity listed but do not have the units for this capacity listed. I would like to ask for information information regarding the units for these facilities, if available.
