FBI not complying with search parameters

So, the Bureau said it is searching its central records system but not ELSUR as my letter specified. The same issue was solved in this request (https://www.muckrock.com/foi/united-states-of-america-10/toshi-seeger-fbi-10318/#comm-63121) but it does not list the address to which the message requesting that the Bureau comply was e-mailed or mailed. Can somebody please help me with this? Thanks!
Solved - the message requesting compliance was addressed to David.Sobonya@ic.fbi.gov.
