CA Judiciary Business Records

Hi, I’m a little new at this, but looking at the California page (https://www.muckrock.com/place/united-states-of-america/california/) I see that the Judicial branch is not covered under CalPRA, which I understand for records like court filings, etc because there is a different process for that through the judiciary. What about the business records of the Judicial branch, like office supply procurement contracts?
