What does this mean?

It means that the agency has not sent a formal acknowledgement of the request. In most cases, they’ll first send a letter stating that the request has been received and is being processed, and then later they’ll send the documents.

Thank you. That was response on two requests. Assuming I did something wrong, I edited it to ‘processing.’ Should I change back?
