In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.
Your request was received and attached is our response.
Thanks so much for your help with this request! It's really helpful.
What I'm trying to understand is whether anyone who was arrested and would normally have been fingerprinted was not fingerprinted during Covid for safety reasons. Do you know? (I am asking this question of law enforcement agencies all across the country in hopes of getting a general sense of what protocols were followed.)
In response to your follow up request your question was:
Q. Whether anyone who was arrested and would normally have been fingerprinted was not fingerprinted during Covid for safety
A. Everyone who is arrested and booked into the Yuma County Jail is fingerprinted.
