Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
The contract that was entered with 2 Deep entertainment with the City of Youngstown.
Any communications via email, text message, voicemail, etc between Terrill Vidale and any member of the city of youngstown administration or government, including the Mayor, and any city council members, and any agent of the administration or city government.
Documents relating to the loan that was given to 2Deep entertainment any any communications with any member of city government or administration concerning this loan.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.
