Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Several years ago, the Town performed a traffic-pattern/traffic-light study (https://swvatoday.com/wytheville/news/article_515dc2ca-7440-11e5-b22b-6b8b4bed8b8f.html)
I'd like to receive the following information related to it:
1) The costs and documents around selecting the organization performing the study, and performing the study itself.
2) The resultant completed study presumably paid for using tax dollars, including any implementation details and/or alternatives considered.
Pursuant to law, I am a resident of Wytheville, Virginia and my direct FOIA request should be acceptable.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
