Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Minutes for both regular town council meetings and town council work session meetings, occurring since the last publication of minutes on 8 August, 2022, as they are not available through the town's regular public website at https://www.wytheville.org/town-council
This request should probably be directed to the Town Clerk.
I am a citizen of Wytheville, Virginia.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

are available online. If you access the Town of Wytheville website at
www.wytheville.org <http://www.wytheville.org> , and then click on the
"Government" Icon, and then click on the "Agenda & Minutes" icon, you will
find the Town Council meeting and work session minutes to which you are
referring. The minutes you are requesting have been online for the public to
access at this location on our website. I am also attaching the requested
minutes to this email for you.
